The MTT MS3108 is a terminal block type frequency/analog converter with two independent, isolated outputs. It accepts dry contact, open collector, AC voltage pulse, DC voltage pulse, or 4~20mA DC pulse inputs, covering a frequency range within 0-20Hz to 0-20kHz, with a minimum pulse width of 20µs (40-60% duty ratio) and maximum continuous input of 30V DC or 40mA DC.
Output 1 and output 2 are independently configurable to current (0~20mA, 4~20mA) or voltage (10mV-20V range) – useful when one signal needs to feed a PLC and a second, separate signal needs to feed a recorder or indicator at the same time. Zero and span are each adjustable by about ±5% of span, with accuracy better than ±0.3% of span and temperature stability better than ±0.2% of span per 10°C change. Response time depends on input frequency: 8s at 20Hz, 1s at 200Hz, and 500ms at 2kHz and above.
There is 4-way isolation between input, output 1, output 2, and power, with dielectric strength of 2000V AC for 1 minute.
