Duties & taxes
The buyer is responsible for tariffs and import duties. We cannot accept returns or give refunds on packages refused because of these fees. Any unpaid taxes will be charged to your account.
Expedited shipment
Need it faster? On request, we can ship with FedEx International Priority.
Orders must be received by 2 pm Malaysia time (MYT). Expedite charges are paid by the customer.
Processing & backorders
In-stock products are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
If an item is out of stock, we'll give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by follow-up email.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
