The MTT MS3703 is a slim plug-in millivolt isolator that accepts a low-level DC millivolt signal and converts it into one or two galvanically isolated DC outputs. Its wide adjustable span makes it suitable for a range of low-level transducer signals that would otherwise need custom signal conditioning, and its isolation breaks any electrical connection between the source instrument and the receiving equipment, protecting both sides from ground loops and interference.
Like the rest of the plug-in transmitter range, the MS3703 clips into its own socket base so the unit can be swapped for calibration or replacement in seconds without disturbing the field wiring. Where the dual-output configuration is used, both outputs stay isolated from each other, the input, and the power supply, letting one millivolt source drive a control loop and an independent monitoring or logging system at the same time. Flexible AC or DC power and wall or DIN rail mounting make it easy to fit into an existing panel design.
