The MTT MS3704 is a slim plug-in high-level signal conditioner that accepts a wide range of standard DC current or voltage signals and delivers them as one or two galvanically isolated DC outputs. Because it handles a broad span of input types, from milliamp current loops to voltages of several hundred volts, it can standardize signals from many different field instruments into a common, isolated output that downstream equipment can read safely.
Like the rest of the plug-in transmitter range, the MS3704 clips into its own socket base so the unit can be swapped for calibration or replacement in seconds without disturbing the field wiring. Where a dual-output configuration is used, both outputs stay isolated from each other, the input, and the power supply, letting one signal drive a control loop and an independent monitoring or logging system at the same time. A fast-response option is available for applications where the standard response time is not quick enough, and flexible AC or DC power plus wall or DIN rail mounting make it easy to fit into an existing panel.
