The MTT MS3107 terminal block distributor powers a 2-wire, 4-20mA transmitter and re-issues that signal as two independent, isolated DC outputs from a single unit — enough to feed a control loop and a separate recorder or alarm without splitting the signal externally. Because the transmitter power comes from the module itself and every section is isolated from the others, ground loops and noise coupling are eliminated across all connected equipment.
It works equally well as a straightforward dual-output isolator on an existing 4-20mA loop, with no transmitter power required. A choice of AC or DC supply options lets it fit panels without a dedicated low-voltage bus, and front-accessible zero and span trimmers make on-site calibration fast.
Typical uses include powering and isolating a single transmitter while distributing its reading to two systems, protecting sensitive equipment from ground loop currents, or splitting a 4-20mA signal for two independent receivers.
