The Contrec 114D.1 is the panel-mount version of the 114D Batch Controller, fitted with mounting brackets so it installs directly into a control panel face instead of a wall-mounted field enclosure. It keeps every capability of the standard 114D: reading a pulse or frequency signal from a turbine, positive displacement, or paddlewheel flowmeter and driving one or two solid-state relay outputs to open and close solenoid valves automatically, stopping each batch as soon as the operator’s preset target is reached.
A two-stage control option lets a fast-fill valve run first and a slow-fill valve take over near the end of the batch, tightening cut-off accuracy compared with a single hard stop. The meter’s K-factor, decimal placement, valve delay timing, and signal timeout are all set from the front-panel keypad, so panel builders can adapt the same unit to different meters and batch sizes without any factory reprogramming. Battery backup protects programmed settings and totals through a power interruption, making it a self-contained batch-control instrument for panel installations.
