The Contrec 104D.1 is the panel-mount version of the 104D Flow Rate Totalizer, fitted with mounting brackets so it installs directly into a control panel face rather than in a wall-mount field enclosure. It keeps every function of the standard 104D: a loop-powered pulse-to-4-20mA retransmit totalizer that takes a pulse or frequency signal from a turbine, positive displacement, or paddlewheel flowmeter and converts it into both a live rate display and a proportional 4-20mA output for your control system.
Because the electronics draw their power from the same 4-20mA loop they output to, no separate power wiring is needed, which keeps panel installation simple and tidy. A 10-point linearization curve corrects the input across the full flow range, so the displayed rate and the retransmitted signal stay accurate even where the flowmeter’s own output isn’t perfectly linear. Dual alarm outputs and a totalizing register round out the feature set, giving panel builders a compact, self-contained flow instrument that fits neatly alongside other panel-mounted indicators.
