We had an enquiry from a customer who needed to combine two process signals into one reading – for example, two flow inputs added together, or a differential between two pressure signals – on a single panel display. The ADtek ST-LC is built exactly for this, plugging into the same 11-pin socket as the rest of ADtek’s ST series.
This looks simple, but “dual channel math conditioner” needs a bit of explanation. The ST-LC takes 2 channels of 0~10V, 0(4)~20mA, or 0~10.0mV/100.0mV input, and combines them on one display using addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, or a high/low selector – so we would need to know exactly which math function you need and your input signal type before quoting. Input 1, input 2, output, and power are all isolated from each other.
In actual application, the ST-LC gives you 1 analogue output, 1 RS-485 port, and 1 relay output, with cross-selection allowing up to 2 of these active at once. Accuracy is ±0.04%, with a display range of -19999 to 99999.
From our experience, before we quote this, we would normally check your two input signal types, which math function you need (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, or high/low select), and which combination of analogue output, RS-485, and relay you need active. Hope this helps.
