We had an enquiry from a customer who needed a panel conditioner for a standard process signal – 0~10V or 0(4)~20mA – with an analogue output and relay alarms on a control panel. The ADtek ST-PR covers this, plugging into the same 11-pin socket as the rest of ADtek’s ST series.
This looks simple, but “process conditioner” still needs some checking. The ST-PR measures 0~10V or 0(4)~20mA in one controller, with ±0.04% accuracy and a 4 1/2 digit display (-19999~29999) – so we would need to know which of the two signal types you’re working with before quoting. It’s user-programmable from the front panel.
In actual application, the ST-PR gives you 1 analogue output, 1 RS-485 port, 3 relay outputs, and an excitation supply output, with cross-selection allowing up to 3 of these active at once. CE approved.
From our experience, before we quote this, we would normally check whether you’re working with a voltage (0~10V) or current (0(4)~20mA) signal, and which combination of analogue output, RS-485, relay, and excitation supply you need active. Hope this helps.
