West PS1-CON Configuration Software & Cable
The West PS1-CON is a configuration kit that pairs PC-based setup software with the cable needed to connect it to a West Plus Series controller, indicator, or limit control. Instead of stepping through parameters on a small front-panel display, it lets technicians configure, review, and document controller settings from a computer, which speeds up commissioning and makes it far easier to keep a record of how each unit is set up.
How It Works
PS1-CON connects a PC directly to a compatible Plus Series unit through its included cable, giving the configuration software access to the controller’s full parameter set. From there, technicians can view and adjust setup parameters, save configurations for reuse across multiple units, and confirm settings without relying solely on the controller’s own front-panel interface. It supports the Plus Series controls, indicators, and limit controls across the 4100+, 6100+, 8100+, 6010+, 8010+, 4700+, 6700+, and 8700+ families, but is not compatible with older West N-series controllers.
