West PMA KS 92-1 Temperature & Humidity Controller
The West PMA KS 92-1 is the 1/4 DIN counterpart to the KS 90-1, built into a larger case with a built-in multi-program profiler for applications that need to run defined temperature or humidity sequences over time rather than simply hold a fixed setpoint. It carries forward the same rich input and output capability as the KS 90-1 in a case sized for panels that call for a larger 1/4 DIN footprint.
How It Works
KS 92-1 accepts a universal input covering thermocouple, RTD, or DC linear mA/mV sensors, extended with external setpoint, ratio input, potentiometer input, and heating current monitoring for advanced control schemes. Its up to six outputs can be configured as relay, logic, linear mA/VDC, or optocoupler types, and a built-in programmer supporting 16 programs of 16 segments each lets it step through defined process profiles automatically. Communications include both RS422/485 Modbus and Profibus-DP for integration into larger industrial networks.
