The MTT MS3763 Slim Plug-In RTD Differential Temperature Transmitter measures the temperature difference between two Pt100 or JPt100 RTD sensors and converts that differential directly into an isolated, standard DC current or voltage output. This makes it a practical solution for monitoring temperature-rise applications such as heat exchanger inlet/outlet differences, cooling tower approach temperature, or bearing temperature deviation, where the difference between two points matters more than either absolute reading on its own.
Built-in burnout protection drives the output upscale if an RTD lead fails, giving operators an unmistakable signal that something needs attention rather than a misleadingly stable reading. Front-accessible trimmers allow zero and span to be adjusted on site, and dual isolated outputs let the differential reading be sent to two separate destinations from a single module. An optional fast-response configuration and an enhanced load-capability option are also available, letting the MS3763 be tailored to processes where response speed or driving a heavier output load matters most.
