The MTT MS3711A is an enhanced version of the plug-in pulse divider, built for applications with faster pulse trains and a need for finer division control. It handles input frequencies up to 100kHz, twice the range of the standard model, and its four front-panel rotary switches let the division ratio be dialled in anywhere from 1/1 to 1/10000, giving a much wider and more precise scaling range for high-speed counters and flow meters.
Like the standard model, it reshapes and reconditions incoming pulses from dry contacts, open collectors, or AC/DC voltage and current sources, and can drive two isolated outputs at once so a divided signal can feed a control system while another feeds a separate monitor or counter. It clips into its own plug-in socket base for fast swap-out during maintenance, and its AC-powered design fits easily into an existing wall or DIN rail mounted panel.
