The MTT MS3007 terminal block distributor does two jobs in a single DIN-rail module: it supplies loop power to a 2-wire, 4-20mA transmitter, and it re-issues that signal as a fully isolated DC output for your PLC, DCS, or data logger. Because the transmitter power comes from the module itself rather than a shared supply, and because input, output, and power are electrically isolated from one another, ground loops and noise coupling are eliminated at the source.
It is equally at home simply isolating an existing 4-20mA loop — you do not need to power a transmitter to make use of it as a straightforward signal isolator. Front-accessible zero and span trimmers make on-site calibration fast, and the compact housing mounts directly on the DIN rail inside the panel or junction box where the loop terminates.
Typical uses include powering and isolating a single 2-wire transmitter, protecting sensitive control equipment from ground loop currents, and splitting or re-scaling a 4-20mA signal for a second receiving device.
