The MTT MS3007 is a terminal block type distributor that powers a 2-wire transmitter loop and provides an isolated, duplicated output signal for a second receiving device. It accepts a 4~20mA DC input from a 2-wire transmitter, with 250Ω input resistance, and supplies loop power at 25V typical at 0% input and 18V typical at 100% input (25mA max transmitter current).
Output is 0~20mA DC current (including 4~20mA) or 0~10V DC voltage (10mV to 10V ranges), so one transmitter signal can feed a second PLC, recorder, or indicator without a separate loop. Zero and span are each adjustable by about ±2.5% of span via front-accessible trimmers, with accuracy better than ±0.1% of span at 25°C±5°C and a temperature coefficient better than ±0.2% of span per 10°C change. Response time is 85ms max (0 to 90%).
There is 3-way isolation between input, output, and power, with CMRR of 100dB min (500V AC, 50/60Hz) and insulation resistance of 100MΩ min at 500V DC – this keeps ground loops and noise out of the distributed signal. Dielectric strength is 1500V AC for 1 minute.
Power supply is 24V DC ±10%, drawing up to 75mA (current output) or 45mA (voltage output). The unit mounts on DIN rail with M3.5 screw terminals, in an ABS resin (UL 94V-0) enclosure measuring W25.0 × H94.0 × D40.0mm and weighing under 80g.
