The MTT MS3004 terminal block signal conditioner takes a high-level DC current or voltage signal and re-issues it as a clean, isolated DC output that your PLC, DCS, or data logger can trust. Because input, output, and power are fully isolated from one another, it breaks ground loops and blocks common-mode noise before it reaches your control system — a common source of erratic readings in panels that also carry motor drives or switching power supplies.
The compact DIN-rail housing mounts directly where the field wiring lands, letting you re-scale, isolate, or split a signal right at the source. Field-adjustable zero and span controls make on-site calibration quick, and a fast-response option is available for loops where signal lag actually matters.
It is a practical choice for isolating an existing 4-20mA or voltage loop, protecting sensitive downstream equipment from ground loop currents, or converting an odd-range instrument signal into something standard controllers can read.
