The MTT MS3003 terminal block millivolt isolator takes a low-level millivolt signal and converts it into a clean, standard DC output that your PLC, DCS, or data logger can use directly. Full isolation between input, output, and power supply breaks ground loops and rejects common-mode noise, which is exactly the problem that plagues raw millivolt wiring runs near motors, drives, or switching equipment.
Because millivolt signals are so easily corrupted by noise and voltage drop over distance, converting to a standard current or voltage signal as close to the source as possible is the most reliable way to preserve measurement accuracy.
