E+E Sigma 05 Modular Sensor Platform
The E+E Sigma 05 turns E+E’s digital sensing probes into a complete transmitter. Plug in up to three probes and Sigma 05 recognises them automatically, then makes their readings available on analogue outputs and an optional graphic display.
How It Works
Sigma 05 accepts up to three E+E sensing probes with RS485 interface and Modbus RTU protocol. It detects the connected probes and sets itself up automatically using built-in rules. Up to five measurands can be assigned to the two freely selectable, scalable analogue outputs and to the display. For checks, the E+E Reference Probe Modbus RTU can be connected in place of a regular probe to verify function and accuracy.
