We had an enquiry from a customer who needed a panel meter for voltage or current – reading DC, AC, or TRMS depending on the application – with an analogue output and relay alarms. The ADtek ST-VA covers this, plugging into the same 11-pin socket as the rest of ADtek’s ST series.
This looks simple, but “voltage current converter” still needs some checking. The ST-VA measures voltage or current in DC, AC, or TRMS mode, with accuracy of ±0.04% or ±0.1% depending on the measuring mode, and a display range of -19999 to 29999 – so we would need to know which mode and range you’re working with before quoting. It’s user-programmable from the top panel.
In actual application, the ST-VA gives you 1 analogue output, 1 RS-485 port, and 3 relay outputs, with cross-selection allowing up to 3 of these active at once. Designed to CE standard.
From our experience, before we quote this, we would normally check whether you’re measuring voltage or current, which mode (DC, AC, or TRMS), and which combination of analogue output, RS-485, and relay you need active. Hope this helps.
