MTT MS3902 Chassis-mounting RTD Transmitter

The MTT MS3902 Chassis-mounting RTD Transmitter converts the resistance variation from an RTD sensor into a standard isolated DC output, with built-in linearization and burnout protection handled on board. Mounting directly onto its RC3900 chassis base rather than a DIN rail, it is intended for panels that need to pack a high density of temperature-monitoring channels into a compact space.

The transmitter supports the common RTD types — Pt100, JPt100, Pt50, Cu25Ω, Cu100Ω, and Ni508.4Ω — with the specific temperature range configured to match the application within the sensor’s resistance-temperature table limits. Two independently configurable outputs are available in various current and voltage combinations, front-accessible trimmers allow zero and span to be adjusted, and isolation between input, both outputs, and power keeps each channel electrically independent. Anti-humidity PCB coating helps the MS3902 hold up in demanding panel environments.
