The MTT MS3044 is a terminal block type high-level signal conditioner built for fast, wideband applications. It accepts DC current (100µA to 200mA, with options such as 0~20mA, 2~10mA, 1~5mA, 4~20mA, 10~50mA) or DC voltage (200mV to 600V, with options such as 0~1V, 0~10V, 0~5V, 1~5V, ±5V, ±10V), and outputs -10 to 10V DC with a span from 10mV to 20V.
Response time is 70µs max (0 to 90%), with a 10kHz -3dB frequency response – much faster than a standard isolator, which makes it suitable for signals that change quickly. Zero and span are each adjustable by ±2.5% of span, with accuracy better than ±0.1% of span at 25°C±5°C and temperature effect of ±0.2% of span per 10°C change. CMRR is 100dB min (500V AC, 50/60Hz).
There is 3-way isolation between input, output, and power, with insulation resistance of 100MΩ min at 500V DC, dielectric strength of 1500V AC for 1 minute, and surge withstand tested to ANSI/IEEE C37.90.1-1989 – useful where the signal line runs near switchgear or other sources of electrical transients.
Power supply is 24V DC ±10%, drawing up to 30mA. The unit mounts on DIN rail with M3.5 screw terminals, in an ABS resin (UL 94V-0) enclosure measuring W25.0 × H94.0 × D40.0mm and weighing under 90g.
