The MTT MS3008 is a terminal block type frequency/analog converter that takes a pulse or frequency signal and converts it into a standard, isolated DC output. It accepts dry contact, open collector, AC voltage pulse, DC voltage pulse, or 4~20mA DC pulse inputs, covering a frequency range within 0-20Hz to 0-20kHz, with input up to 30V DC or 200Vp-p AC continuous and a minimum pulse width of 20µs (40-60% duty ratio).
Output is 4~20mA DC, 0~20mA DC, or a voltage range from 10mV to 10V, so it can match what your PLC or DCS accepts. Zero and span are each adjustable by about ±2.5% of span, with accuracy better than ±0.3% of span and temperature effect better than ±0.2% of span per 10°C change. Response time depends on input frequency: 8s max at 20Hz, 1s max at 200Hz, and 500ms max from 2kHz to 20kHz.
There is 3-way isolation between input, output, and power, with CMRR of 100dB min (500V AC, 50/60Hz) and insulation resistance of 100MΩ min at 500V DC. Dielectric strength is 1500V AC for 1 minute.
