The MTT MS3008 terminal block frequency-to-analog converter takes a pulse train from a flow meter, tachometer, or similar sensor and turns it into a clean, standard DC signal your PLC, DCS, or data logger can read directly. It accepts a wide range of pulse types — dry contact, open collector, AC or DC voltage pulses, even a pulsed 4-20mA signal — so it drops into most existing pulse-output installations without rewiring the sensor.
Full isolation between input, output, and power keeps electrical noise from a switching sensor or long pulse-cable run out of your measurement, and the compact DIN-rail housing mounts right at the point where the pulse wiring terminates. Field-adjustable zero and span controls let technicians calibrate the converted range on site.
It is a natural fit for converting flow sensor pulse outputs into standard 4-20mA or voltage signals, monitoring rotational speed from a pulse-output tachometer, or bringing any frequency-based measurement into a control system built around analog inputs.
