If you want reliable continuous level measurement without the cost or complexity of radar, the FineTek EAX ultrasonic level transmitter is a practical, non-contact option for both solids and liquids. With no moving parts and nothing touching the medium, it installs quickly and asks for very little upkeep afterward.

How It Works

The sensor sends an ultrasonic pulse toward the material surface and times how long the echo takes to return. That time-of-flight measurement is converted into distance, then into a level, volume, or percentage output.
