● GENERAL
Description	Miniature, alloy-construction visual liquid level indicator for tight spaces — only 1-1/4″ in diameter. Can replace existing, antiquated sight glasses for excellent external visual liquid level indication. Ideal for use with clean, low-viscosity liquids.
Key Features	Lengths to over 20 feet (6.1 meters); 316 Stainless Steel construction; pressures to 400 psi (27 bar) — temperature to 400°F (204°C).

● PERFORMANCE / RATINGS
Pressure / Temperature Rating	Rated to 400 PSI at temperatures up to approximately 300°F, derating from 400 PSI down to approximately 373 PSI as temperature rises from 300°F to 400°F (maximum 400°F). See datasheet chart for the full pressure/temperature curve; consult factory for requirements outside these parameters. Indicators are also available for temperatures as low as -200°F (-129°C).
Minimum Specific Gravity	0.7.

● OPTIONS
Add-On Instrumentation	Either Switch Modules or a Continuous Output Transmitter can be used on a Miniature SureSite Indicator — not both. Transmitter signal is conditioned for compatibility with most electronic instruments, to 300°F (149°C).
Other Options	Electropolished outer diameter (OD) and/or inner diameter (ID) housings available upon request; indicating scales for graduated flag indication.

This series is custom-configured per application rather than sold under fixed catalog part numbers. Complete the “Product Check List” (RFQ form) specifying: process conditions (operating/max pressure, operating/max temperature, liquid media, specific gravity, viscosity, indoor/outdoor location); mounting configuration type (AM, BM, CM or DM); connection codes for all 4 positions (T, Sa, Sb, B); length of visual indication (L, 240″ max.) and connection-to-connection dimension (C to C); flag type (Plastic or Aluminum) and O-ring material (Viton® standard, or Ethylene Propylene); and any accessories required (Switch Modules — SPST/SPDT/DPDT 120VAC/DPDT 24VDC; Indicating Scales — Feet and Inches/Inches/Metric/Custom; Continuous Transmitter — 0–5VDC/0–12VDC/4–20mA).
