The secondary dual frequency channel accepts raw pulse data from a reference master meter, automatically calculating a recommended Meter Factor based on current flow conditions without interrupting active process loops. To compensate for harsh thermal and fluid variables, the computer integrates live analog temperature and pressure values, executing flow-weighted averaging rather than simple time averaging to maintain premium precision. Enclosed in a ruggedized, weather-tight enclosure featuring an adjustable backlit display, the Contrec 515 MP01 provides side-by-side 4-20mA retransmission, an adjustable 8-24V DC excitation supply, and dual RS-232/RS-485 Modbus RTU serial architecture for advanced refinery and pipeline telemetry hubs.
