The Contrec 515 CB02 is a reliable blending controller designed for measuring volume flow in both main and process lines using frequency flow inputs. This advanced system accurately calculates the net volume flow by utilizing both the main and process flows. Operators can easily monitor the total ratios and flow rates on the display.

Process flow control is managed through a digital control valve, allowing for precise adjustments. The flow rate deadband and control responsiveness can be customized to minimize wear on the valves, ensuring longevity and efficiency. The 515-CB02 also features a security prompt for a valid ID-Tag before any delivery can begin. This ID-Tag not only initiates the process but also sets the pre-programmed target ratio percentage, which is recorded as part of the transaction log for future reference.
