Contrec 102D Flow Rate Totalizer

The Contrec 102D Flow Rate Totalizer runs entirely on its own internal lithium batteries, so it can be installed on flowmeters out in the field with no power cabling at all — just the signal connection from the meter. It accepts pulse or frequency input from virtually any flowmeter type, including turbine, positive displacement, electromagnetic, and Coriolis meters, making it a flexible retrofit display for sites where running power to a remote totalizer isn’t practical.

A 10-point calibration curve lets the 102D linearize a meter’s output across its full flow range rather than relying on a single K-factor, and both rate and running total stay visible simultaneously on its dual LCD display. Housed in the same IP67 watertight enclosure as the rest of the 102-series, it keeps setup parameters and totals safe in non-volatile memory even through a battery change, and the internal batteries are rated for roughly two years of continuous operation before replacement.
