The MTT MS3738 is a slim plug-in manual setter that generates a fixed, adjustable DC output for calibration, testing, and simulation. A 3-digit LED display shows the current setting, and simple up and down push buttons dial the output anywhere across the range, with a press-and-hold speeding up the change for quick adjustment over a wide span, or fine 0.1% steps for a precise setpoint.
It is a handy way to inject a known, stable test signal into a loop while commissioning instrumentation, checking a controller’s response, or simulating a transmitter that is not yet installed, without needing a separate bench calibrator. A second isolated output is available for feeding two circuits from the same setting at once. Like the rest of the plug-in transmitter series, the MS3738 clips into its own socket base for fast swap-out during calibration or maintenance without disturbing the field wiring, and flexible AC or DC power plus wall or DIN rail mounting make it easy to fit into an existing panel.
