FineTek RA Air Pad
Bridging and compaction can bring bulk powder flow to a standstill — the FineTek RA Series rectangular bin aerator fixes that by fluidising the material directly at the vessel wall. It’s widely used in concrete production to keep cement powder and flyash moving, and works well on most dry bulk powders.
How It Works
Low-pressure compressed air passes through the pad’s permeable membrane, forming a thin cushion of air along the vessel wall. That air cushion breaks the friction between the powder and the wall, letting material flow freely toward the outlet and clearing bridges and compaction as it goes.
