How It Works
As the float rises and tilts upward, the switch transmits an ON or OFF contact signal. Inside the float, a metal ball slides as the angle changes, making or breaking the contact. Different float materials are available to suit water and solution temperatures, with plastic and stainless steel the most common choices.
