| Type | Pulse-jet diaphragm valve for pneumatic dust collector cleaning systems |
| Working Principle | Two air chambers separated by a diaphragm, connected via a restricted air passage. When the pilot orifice opens, the upper chamber exhausts faster than it refills, causing a pressure drop that lets the higher-pressure lower chamber push the diaphragm open for a sudden burst of cleaning air. When the orifice closes, pressure equalizes and a coiled spring returns the diaphragm to its closed position. |
