FineTek AEX Controller for Dust Collector System
Keeping a pulse-jet dust collector cleaning on schedule is what keeps differential pressure in check and bags from blinding — the FineTek AEX is a microprocessor-based sequence controller built to automate that cleaning cycle with minimal setup and a wide application range.
How It Works
The controller’s logic drives each output in sequence, firing the diaphragm valve solenoids that trigger a pulse of compressed air through the filter bags. An LED display tracks the active pulse position, pulse time and interval time are both adjustable, and an optional differential pressure input lets the controller shorten cleaning intervals automatically as bags load — cleaning on demand rather than on a fixed timer.
