Product details

E+E HTP501 Digital Humidity and Temperature Probe up to 120 °C (248 °F)

The E+E HTP501 is a digital humidity and temperature probe optimised for harsh environments and high temperatures up to 120 °C (248 °F). It integrates easily into process control and calculates a range of humidity values on board.

How It Works

A high-quality E+E humidity sensing element with temperature compensation and configurable pressure compensation delivers accurate readings. Besides relative humidity and temperature, the probe calculates dew point, absolute humidity and mixing ratio, and outputs everything over RS485 with Modbus RTU.

Key Features

  • Operating range −40 to 120 °C (−40 to 248 °F)
  • Calculates dew point, absolute humidity and mixing ratio
  • RS485 interface with Modbus RTU
  • IP66 stainless steel enclosure, high-temperature cable with moulded M12 connector
  • Choice of filter caps and optional sensor-lead protection
  • Probe lengths 200 mm and 400 mm, three cable lengths
  • Plug-and-play with the E+E Sigma 05 sensor hub

Applications

  • Harsh, high-temperature process environments up to 120 °C
  • Process control integration via Modbus RTU
  • Analogue output and display via the Sigma 05 hub

Industries Served

  • Process industry
  • Drying and kilns
  • Industrial manufacturing
