Adtek ST-RS Resistance Signal Converter

We had an enquiry from a customer who needed a panel conditioner for a resistance input – reading a resistive sensor directly and getting an analogue output with relay alarms. The ADtek ST-RS covers this, plugging into the same 11-pin socket as the rest of ADtek’s ST series.

This looks simple, but resistance conditioning still needs some checking. The ST-RS measures 0~200Ω/2000Ω/20.0KΩ/200.0KΩ, 2-wire, with ±0.04% accuracy and a 4 1/2 digit display (-19999~29999) – so we would need your sensor’s resistance range before quoting. It’s user-programmable from the front panel.

In actual application, the ST-RS gives you 1 analogue output, 1 RS-485 port, 3 relay outputs, and an excitation supply output, with cross-selection allowing up to 3 of these active at once. CE approved.

From our experience, before we quote this, we would normally check your resistance range (0~200Ω/2000Ω/20.0KΩ/200.0KΩ), and which combination of analogue output, RS-485, relay, and excitation supply you need active. Hope this helps.
