The MTT RC3900 Signal Conditioner Mounting Chassis is the base rack that brings MTT’s chassis-mounting MS39-series signal conditioners together into one compact, easy-to-wire assembly. Instead of powering and terminating each module individually, the RC3900’s motherboard distributes excitation power to every installed module en bloc, cutting down wiring time and panel clutter on installations that need many channels of signal conditioning in a small footprint.
Available in 16-slot and 8-slot versions to match the number of channels required, the RC3900 accepts either DIN rail or direct wall mounting, so it fits equally well inside a compact enclosure or a larger switchgear panel. Field wiring and computer-side wiring are separated onto their own screw terminal blocks, with an optional D-subminiature connector available for rapid multi-conductor termination, and the chassis is built in steel with nickel-plated terminals for a rugged, long-service installation.
