The Contrec 515 GC02 application is designed to accurately measure the volume, corrected volume, and mass of various gases. This advanced instrument utilizes an analogue volume flow input along with analogue temperature and pressure sensor inputs for precise measurements.
For flow measurement, the Flowmeter input signal can be configured to either 0-5V, 1-5V, or 4-20mA. Users can program minimum and maximum points, and apply non-linear correction points to better match the behavior of the flowmeter.
The gas properties are calculated using widely accepted industry-standard equations of state. These equations simplify the parameters needed to quickly and accurately assess the compressibility and actual quantity of gas, making it ideal for applications in chemical injection control systems and industrial dosing pump controllers.
