We had an enquiry from a customer measuring flow through an analogue output flowmeter (0~10V or 4~20mA), who needed both a running total and a batch cut-off relay – not just an instant rate reading. The ADtek CS2-TM (Analogue Input) is built for exactly this: totalizing, rate display, and batch control from one analogue signal.
This looks simple, but the CS2-TM-Analogue reads two quite different kinds of input under one model: a standard 0~10V or 0(4)~20mA signal from a flowmeter (with a built-in square root function, since flow signals from differential-pressure type meters are often non-linear), or a low-level 0~50/60/100mV signal straight off a current shunt, used for Amp-Hour totalizing rather than flow. Getting the right input type and range set is what makes the totalized reading actually correct.
In actual application, it gives you a dual live display – a 10-digit totalizer or batch counter alongside a 4 2/3 digit immediate value (or 6-digit batch). There are 4 pre-set banks for relay functions, each with its own scaling, selectable via the 3 external control inputs or the front key. Up to 4 relays can each be assigned independently to the immediate value or to totalizer/batch/batch-counter functions, with N/R/C batch control modes, hysteresis, and energize/de-energize delay settings. Analogue output, pulse output, and RS-485 (Modbus RTU, up to 38400bps) are available as options. CE and RoHS compliant.
From our experience, before we quote this, we would normally check whether you’re measuring a flowmeter’s analogue output or a shunt’s mV signal for Amp-Hour, the exact input range, and how many relays and what functions you need them for. Hope this helps.
