The Shimax MA20 (MAC20) Digital Controller is a compact panel-mount temperature and process controller built for tight spaces without sacrificing control precision. Its slim H24 x W48 x D107mm body fits into a standard 1/32 DIN cutout, making it a natural upgrade path for panels where real estate is at a premium, while an IP66-rated front keeps dust and washdown spray out of the electronics behind the display.
The MA20 accepts a wide range of thermocouple, RTD, voltage, and current inputs, so a single controller model can be specified across many different sensor types on the same production line, and switches between PID and simple ON-OFF control depending on how tight the process needs to be held. Relay, SSR-drive, and 4-20mA current outputs are all available to match the actuator or downstream device being driven, and an optional RS-485 interface lets it report into a SCADA system or be adjusted remotely without touching the front panel.
