Introduction

Upgrade your facility’s pressure monitoring capabilities with the Setra Adjustable Low Differential Pressure Switch (Model 241). Expertly designed to monitor air, non-combustible gases, and non-corrosive gases, this versatile electric switch provides accurate readings for differential pressure, gauge pressure, and vacuum negative pressure. It is the ideal solution for maintaining safe and optimal conditions in demanding industrial environments.

Key Features & Technical Performance

  • Tailored Measurement Ranges: Select the exact range your system requires, with available options spanning 20-200Pa, 40-400Pa, 200-1000Pa, and 500-2500Pa.
  • Robust Durability: Engineered for resilience, the Model 241 handles a maximum operating pressure of 10KPa across all ranges and features a burst pressure rating of 100KPa.
  • Reliable Protection Standard: Housed in durable materials (PA66 base, transparent PC3001 hood, and POM upper cover) with an IP54 protection standard, ensuring solid resistance against dust and moisture.
  • Electrical Specifications: Features an automatic reset mechanism and a Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) contact type, rated for Max. 1.5 A (0.4 A) at 250 VAC.

Versatile Industrial Applications

The Setra 241 seamlessly integrates into a wide variety of automated systems:

  • HVAC systems, air-conditioners, and clean rooms.
  • Comprehensive Building Automation setups.
  • Air filter monitoring, ventilation, and fan flow control.
  • Fluid/liquid level and gas-flow rate control.
  • Equipment safeguarding, including overheat protection for heating coils and frost protection for industrial cooling circuits.

Installation & Accessories

Everything you need to get started is included right in the box. Each unit comes complete with an L-shaped metal support, two plastic connecting pipes, a 2-meter PVC hose, and mounting screws.

Installation Note: To ensure maximum accuracy, the switch should be installed vertically. If horizontal installation is necessary with the cover facing upwards, please note that the switching point will shift 20 Pa higher than the scale.
