The Contrec 515-DP01 Liquid Density Converter works with Sarasota-type density meters, temperature and pressure transmitters, and an optional Customer Defined Function input for a custom look-up table.
It calculates line density straight from the density meter’s output, and combines this with temperature and pressure data to work out density under reference conditions, along with specific gravity and other density-related figures.
It accepts most density meter pulse output types, millivolt signal, reed switch, Namur proximity switch, or pulse train, selectable from the front panel, so it fits onto whatever density meter you already have on site.
Before we quote this, we would normally check your density meter model and pulse output type, your fluid, and your line pressure and temperature.
Hope this helps.
