To cancel an order, please email or call us. We will try our best to stop your order. However, for cases below, we are unable to make any changes to your order where your order will become non-cancellable.
- Manufacturing already started in the factory
- The item has been shipped out from supplier or has been shipped to you.
If cancelling the order is successfully done, the customer is liable for any charges incurred (if any).
