The Prosonic FMU41 sensor from E+H is a reliable solution for non-contact level measurement and flow measurement in fluids, pastes, coarse bulk material, open channels, and weirs. This compact transmitter, available in two-wire or four-wire options, is ideal for use in various applications, such as storage tanks, agitators, and conveyor belts.
Thanks to its envelope curve display, on-site diagnosis is made simple. The FMU41 also boasts a linearization function that converts measured values into any unit of length, volume, or flow rate using up to 32 points.
With a process connection of thread type, this instrument has a temperature range of -40 to +80°C (-40 to +176°F) and can operate under pressures ranging from +0.7 to +3bar (+10 to +44psi). It has a maximum measuring distance of 8m (26ft) for liquids and 3.5m (11ft) for solids, with a blocking distance of 0.35m (1.15ft) for both.
